We are a preferred supplier for many schools across Australia. We supply quality toys and games that allow teachers to show and tell children about the toys from the past as part of the curriculum.
In order to obtain a purchase order number, please send us an email with the following order details, so that we can generate and email you a draft invoice:
Name of school
Delivery address of school
Contact name, email and phone number
Finance contact name and email
Order items and quantities
Please use this draft to generate an internal purchase order number. Please email this purchase order number to us within 3 business days to hold the order.
We will add a postage cost as part of the draft invoice. For larger orders we will use a courier service.
Once we receive your purchase order number we can add this to the invoice and re-send it to the email address (es) that you have provided. Payment details are on the invoice.
Please make payment within 3 business days of the invoice being issued. We will arrange courier collection upon receipt of a credit note. Most of our larger orders will be sent by courier. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your parcel directly from the courier.
Items not in stock
Sometimes due to the length of time it takes to generate a purchase order number, we may run low on stock for a particular item. In the unusual event that this happens we will refund you upon order packing for the items that we are unable to fulfill.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our toys and games. If however for any reason you are not satisfied, please send us an email and we will do our very best to put it right.
