Order Toys
Placing an order for a school, museum or library is simple.
We understand that a purchase order will be required to place an order, and that you will require a full tax invoice for accounting purposes. Please note that we will be unable to generate a seperate invoice if you place an order online. If you require a full tax invocie, please following the steps below.
In order to obtain a purchase order number, please send us an email with the following order details, so that we can generate and email you a draft invoice:
Name of school, museum or library
Delivery address of school, museum or library
Contact name, email and phone number
Finance contact name and email
Order items and quantities
Please use this draft invoice to generate an internal purchase order number and email this purchase order number to us within 3 business days to hold the order.
Once we receive this purchase order number we will package up your order and email you a full tax invoice, including the PO number for payment.
Postage Costs for Orders
We will add a postage cost as part of the draft invoice so you will know the postage costs prior to placing the order. For larger orders we will use a courier service.
Invoice Generation
Once we receive your purchase order number we can add this to the invoice. We will send this invoice to the email address (es) previously provided. Full payment details and terms will be found on the invoice.
Shipping
Please make payment within 3 business days of the invoice being issued. We will arrange courier collection upon receipt of a credit note or payment receipt. Most of our larger orders will be sent by courier. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your parcel directly from the courier.
Items not in stock
Sometimes due to the length of time it takes to generate a purchase order number, we may run low on stock for a particular item. In the unusual event that this happens we will refund you upon order packing for the items that we are unable to fulfill.
