When you receive your order, if your purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning the product to us for a full refund of the product price. This refund is subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the original product price only (the price you paid), and does not include the amount that you paid for postage.
- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense. We suggest that you send your item back with parcel tracking, (this should not cost you extra).
- The items must be returned in their original condition, in their entirety and well packaged within 14 days of receipt.
- This offer excludes reduced to clear and sale items.
Faulty or Damaged Products
All of our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly.
If for any reason however your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement.
This refund or replacement is subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us to report any damaged or faulty products prior to returning.
- Refunds for faulty or damaged products are for the original product price only (the price you paid).
- We will cover the cost of the return postage. Obtain a receipt for standard postage and email a copy of it to us for a refund to your credit card. We suggest that you send your item back with parcel tracking, (this should not cost you extra).
- The items ordered must be returned in original condition and well packaged within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds will only be issued via Stripe to the credit card or bank account that was originally charged.
