Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to offer shipping services for our classic toys across Australia. From the bustling cities to remote regions, our goal is to deliver the magic of timeless play to every corner of Australia.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we strive to dispatch it within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location. Please allow additional time for delivery to remote areas.


Shipping Options

To cater to your preferences, we provide various shipping options, including standard shipping and express shipping.

For Express Shipping, please place your order as normal, and then contact us to request Express Shipping. We will invoice you the additional amount, and send your parcel upon payment.


Shipping Fees

No matter how large your order or how far in Australia we are sending it, you can be assured that postage will not cost an arm and a leg. We work really hard to keep all our prices as low as possible and our shipping costs reflect this.

We use Australia Post for all of our standard deliveries. Standard delivery is a flat rate of $12.95 for regular online orders.

Special orders may incur a higher postage cost which we will provide up-front at the time of invoicing.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly during the checkout process, ensuring transparency and no hidden costs.


Tracking Your Order

For your convenience, we provide a tracking number for each order. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details, allowing you to follow your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Please note that during our peak Christmas season we are unable to enter the tracking details for each order. You will receive an update when your order has started its journey. If you require the tracking number please contact us to request it.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address after your order is processed and dispatched. In the event of an incorrect address, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee delivery or assume responsibility for lost packages.

Including Traditional Place names in your shipping address

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered to, you can include those place names in the shipping address at checkout.

Signature Requirements

To ensure the secure delivery of your classic toys, some orders may require a signature upon receipt. If you are unable to receive the package personally, consider providing an alternative delivery address where someone can sign on your behalf.


International Shipping & Gift Orders

At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia.

Gift orders

Although we do not deliver overseas, International customers can place orders for delivery within Australia so you can still send that perfect gift.  We offer a gift wrapping service, so please ensure that you select this at checkout, and make a note of your gift message in the notes section.

If you do not wish the invoice to be included in your parcel, please make a note of this at checkout. 

Please include your email address when placing your order if you would like to receive an order confirmation.


Packaging

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure that your classic toys arrive in pristine condition. We utilise sturdy packaging to safeguard fragile items during transit.


Invoices / sales receipts

We try to operate a paperless business as much as possible to save the trees and the environment. As such, we do not provide paper invoices with your parcel.

You will receive a Sales Receipt to the email address provided when you submit your order. This doubles as an invoice for expense claiming purposes.

You will receive an order fulfilled email once your order is on its way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will promptly investigate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Our Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our shipping services, carrier options, or legal requirements. The most recent version of the policy will be available on our website.
